Congratulations to all graduating students of 2010. For a trouble free graduation, please ensure that you follow the following guidelines/checklist:

| 1 | Download the followings: i) Students will not be able to obtained
the convocation invitation letter and reply slip if he/she has
outstanding payment. |

| 2 | Upload a formal passport size photo in UniKL database.
All graduands must upload a formal, passport size photo in JPG format to be displayed during convocation ceremony. (Hand-phones photos is not acceptable for the convocation). |

| 3 | download the robe rental and photography forms. |

| 4 | collect two (2) Guest Invitation Cards, parking labels
and other documents from Academic Committee Reminder : All Graduands must complete the MoHE’s Tracer Study Access available on 5th September. Closing Date: 3rd October 2010 Must bring the Completion Confirmation Slip when collecting robe and invitation cards on 4th October |

Please be informed that the original academic scroll will only be printed once for each graduand and no original replacement will be available in the event of future changes in the identity card number/passport number or any mistake of spelling of name/lost/damage/stolen after issuance of such documen to graduands. |
