• Degree in IT / Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering from a recognised university with minimum 3 years experience in related field

Code 2: Executive (Quality)

• Minimum Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in program accreditation processes, quality improvement programmes, document control or quality assurance

Code 11: Executive (Student Counsellor)

• Degree in Counseling / Clinical Psychology from a recognised university with minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Experienced in managing all matters pertaining to student administration and services
• Able to administer and counsel students to ensure conformance to university policies

Code 3: Officer (Secretarial)

• Diploma / Degree in Business or any related field
• Minimum 2 years working experience in administration / secretarial functions with ability to work independently and high degree of integrity
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong written & oral, communications and presentations skills in English language

• Minimum Diploma with accounting background
• Experience in handling full sets of account for higher education will be an added advantage

• Diploma in Information Technology / MLVK Level 4 with minimum 2 years experience in related field. Able to handle hardware & software. Some experience in basic programming is an added advantage.

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Automation Engineering / Mechanical / Mechanical Production Technology / Mechanical Manufacturing / Mechanical Welding with minimum 2 years experience in related field OR
• Certificate with minimum 5 years experience

Code 13: Technician (Lab)

• Diploma in Medical Laboratories Technology and Environmental Health / Science or any related field
• Preferably with working experience in related field

Code 15: Technician

• Possess Certificate or Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Process / Mechanical
• At least 2 years experience in instrument analysis, chemicals & microb experiment and able to handle the lab equipment including AAS, HPLC, FTIR and know how to develop standard operating procedure for operation and maintenance of equipments

Code 18: Technician

• Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in related field OR
• Certificate with minimum 5 years experience
• Knowledge in inventory system or quality engineering

Code 14: Librarian

• Minimum Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in managing all matters pertaining to the library administration and services
• Knowledgeable in cataloguing, online literature searching, reference work, user education and maintaining library database

Code 5: Clerk

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma
• Proficient in Ms Office applications
• Well organised and able to maintain accurate manual filing and a computerised system

Code 19: Driver

• Minimum SPM and aged between 25 – 45 years old
• Posses a valid class D, E and PSV driving licence
• At least 2 years working experience as a bus driver
