Unikl Collaborates With University of Strathclyde, Glasgow

 

On March 27 and 28, 2008, UniKL representatives made a working visit to University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. The visit led to a signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions.

With the collaboration, UniKL students will be able to apply for entry into Year 3 of undergraduate courses in the Departments of Design, Manufacture and Engineering Management; Electronic & Electrical Engineering and Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering.

In addition, UniKL students who have completed the Diplomas in the areas stated above with good grades may apply into Degree programmes offered in Strathclyde as early as October 2008.  Currently, there are 9 students from UniKL MIMET pursuing their studies in the area of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in the university.
