A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between UniKL and Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) on August 6, 2009 in a ceremony held at UniKL City Campus. UniKL President/CEO, Y.Bhg. Prof. Dato' Dr. Abdul Hakim Juri sealed the partnership with Y.Bhg. Datuk Mohd Nasir Ahmad, CEO, PUNB, witnessed by UniKL Deputy President (Academic & Technology), Y.Bhg. Prof. Dr. Mohd Azemi Mohd Noor and Mr. Dzulkifli Fadzilah, General Manager, Investment Division, PUNB.
Under this MoU, both UniKL and PUNB will develop joint training programmes or workshop for the development of its staff and students. In this perspective, PUNB play an important role in prospecting UniKL's graduates who are interested in entrepreneurship as well as to channel financing to potential graduates under available PUNB schemes, especially through PROSPER Siswazah Scheme and PROSPER Scheme.

Also present at the signing ceremony were, UniKL Deputy President (Technopreneur & Student Affairs) Y.Bhg. Prof. Dr. Abu Talib Othman and other distinguished guests from PUNB.
