A collaborative agreement was recently sealed between UniKL and Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST). The agreement was signed on 19 October 2009 in Irbid, Jordon by Prof Dato’ Dr Abdul Hakim Juri, President of UniKL and Prof Dr Wajih Owais, President of JUST.

The agreement will enable qualified students from UniKL to transfer into year 2 of the MBBS degree program at JUST. The signing was witness by Ms Nursiah Arshad, Deputy Secretary General, Ministry of Rural and Regional Development, Tn Hj Sulaiman Ismail, Director of Malaysian Student Department Jordan, Dr Ismail I Matalka, Vice Dean Faculty of Medicine JUST, Ms Hanisah Omar, Deputy Director General of Education MARA, Ms Wong Chia Chiann, Head of Chancery, Embassy of Malaysia in Jordan and Dr. Mohammad Khassawneh, Assistant Dean, Faculty of Medicine JUST.
