UniKL welcome a total of 1,616 new students registered with all its branch campuses nationwide on January 3, 2010 . This indicate a good start for UniKL in 2010 in line with our aim to become the premier technical university in Malaysia. UniKL British Malaysian Institute (UniKL BMI) in Gombak, Selangor recorded the highest number of new students (364) registering for the Bachelor and Diploma programmes.

“UniKL is a unique technical university that provides specialised education in the field of technical engineering, which is in high demand in this country. That’s why I choose to study in UniKL”, said Mohd Ariff Arifin on his interest to study at IPROM, UniKL City Campus.
