‘Pasar Tani Siswazah’ was successfully launched by Y.B. Datuk Seri Noh Haji Omar, Minister of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry on January 31, 2010 at Taman Bullion Mewah, Batu Muda. UniKL Student Affairs Division in collaboration with Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA), Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) and UMNO Bahagian Batu, has managed to attract a total of 42 IPTA and IPTS students to participate as ‘Pasar Tani’ entrepreneurs, among them were 22 of UniKL students, 11 International Islamic University Malaysia (UIAM) students, 6 UiTM students and 2 Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) students.
