UniKL top officials paid a courtesy visit on KDYTM Tuanku Chancellor, Tengku Abdullah Al-Haj ibni Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Al-Musta’in Billah, D.K., SSAP., SIMP., DK (Terengganu)., DK (Johor)., SPMJ., PAT., on March 10, 2010 at Shahzan House, Kuala Lumpur. The objective of the visit was to present KDYTM Tuanku Chancellor on the current development of UniKL as well as its strategic direction for the year 2010-2015. The visit among others, also aimed to introduce Y.B. Datuk Dr. Adham Baba (new UniKL Chairman) and Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ibrahim Mohamad (new Director General MARA who is also a member of UniKL Board of Directors) to KDYTM Tuanku. Also present for the visit were Y.B. Dato’ Seri Idris Jusoh, Chairman of Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA)/Pro-Chancellor of UniKL, Y.H. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Abdul Hakim Juri, President/CEO, UniKL, Tuan Haji Rosly Ahmad, General Manager, Corporate Communication Division, UniKL and En. Amir Azhar Ibrahim, Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs Division.

During the visit, Y.H. Prof. Dato’ Dr. Abdul Hakim Juri also took the opportunity to brief KDYTM Tuanku Chancellor on the latest development of UniKL-IBIL Hockey Team and the upcoming Seventh Convocation Ceremony which would be held on October 6 and 7, 2010, at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC).
