Universiti Kuala Lumpur has officially formed an industrial link with Medigate Sdn. Bhd. on July 29, 2010 through a Memorandum of Understanding signed at UniKL City campus. This cooperation aimed to boost UniKL’s resources on medical technologies as well as related equipment and products. Besides this, both parties will also collaborate in identifying, developing and implementing programmes/projects related to technopreneur development for continuous improvement of the socio-economy of the people and rural basic amenities. Medigate also will collaborate with UniKL in planning and implementing the industrial and practical trainings for UniKL students.

MEDIGATE is a company involved in supply of products/ equipments/ machines to health institutions, in the area of education and research. The products supplied by MEDIGATE are divided into three main areas: namely for medical, dental and laboratory use.     

UniKL Chairman, Y. B. Datuk Dr. Adham Baba with Executive Chairman, Medigate Sdn. Bhd. inked the pact in the presence of UniKL President/CEO, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Abdul Hakim Juri and Dato’ Musa Muhamad, Adviso, Medigate Sdn. Bhd.
