Y.B. Datuk Dr. Adham Baba, Chairman of Universiti Kuala Lumpur who is also a State Assembly Member (Ahli Dewan Undangan) of Pasir Raja, organised a Hari Raya Aidilfitri Celebration 2010 with Jawatankuasa Perlaksanaan Mukim-Mukim (JPMM) Pasir Raja on September 25, 2010 at Kampung Baru Sungai Telor, Kota Tinggi, Johor.

In conjunction with the Aidilfitri celebration, Y.B. Datuk Dr. Adham delivered a donation to the orphans of DUN Pasir Raja as part of UniKL’s Corporate Social Responsibility Programme (CSR). Also present at the ceremony was Y.A.B. Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Ali Mohd Rustam, Chief Minister of Malacca and Johor State Assembly members.

Y.A.B. Datuk Seri Haji Mohd Ali Mohd Rustam had also taken the opportunity to delivered donations and aids to the disabled (OKU) during the event. A total of 37 international students from various UniKL campuses had also enliven the celebration. Among them were international students from Iran, Yemen, Nigeria, India, Maldives, Iraq and Sudan who are students of UniKL MIAT, UniKL MFI, IPROM and MIIT, City Campus.



All guest were entertained by performances from PENTARAMA,Malaysia Information Department.
