University of Kuala Lumpur and Norz Beauty House Sdn. Bhd. (NBHSB) has inked a collaborative agreement aimed at realising a joint venture for the implementation of Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 4 and Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia Tahap 5 majoring in Beauty and Spa. The Memorandum of Agreement Signing Ceremony was held on January 17, 2011 at UniKL City Campus witnessed by Y.B. Senator Maznah Mazlan, Deputy Minister of Human Resource.

NBHSB is a company involved in managing and offering skill training for entrepreneurship in beauty, aromatherapy and spa.  NBHSB is also involved in producing its own cosmetic, spa and health products. Under this agreement, UniKL will jointly develop and deliver the Soft Skill modules while Norz Beauty House Sdn. Bhd. will provide the necessary Technical Skills for the overall content of the programme.

UniKL Deputy President (Technopreneur & Student Affairs), Prof. Hj Ahmad Zahir Mokhtar has signed the Memorandum of Agreement with Norz Beauty House Sdn. Bhd.’s Managing Director, Datin Norsiah Hj. Mahadi witnessed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su'ud, Director, Technopreneur Development and Innovation Division, UniKL, and Hajjah Norizan Hj. Mahadi, Director, Norz Beauty House Sdn. Bhd.

NBHSB Graduation Ceremony was also held in conjunction with the event where a total of 11 trainers was conferred their respective Diplomas in Aesthetic Manager (SKM 5), Aesthetic Assistant Manager (SKM 4), Fashion and Couture Manager (SKM 5) and Fashion and Couture Executive (SKM 5).
