International Academic Program (IAP) Unit
	The main function of “The International Academic Programme Unit (IAP-UIO)” is to manage and coordinate planning and implementation of UniKL’s Transfer Degree programme in liaising the communication between International University partners, sponsorship agencies, Academic Affairs Division and campuses, Centre for Foundation Studies and the  appointed education agencies. UIO is also responsible to coordinate and supervise the Pre Foreign programmes and other International Academic programmes conducted at  the respective UniKL’s campuses/ Institutes.

Main Task

• To manage, to coordinate and liaise with the respective campuses, Academic Affairs Division and Centre for Foundations Studies on student transfer abroad.
  
• Liaise with MARA on candidates for programs and agreement matters
• Liaise with International University partners, Sponsorship agencies and Appointed education Agencies on candidates for program, dates of registration, offer letters, student placement on:
  • Liaise with university partners on visits, processes for admission
  • Liaise with campuses on visits, coordination
  • Develop academic calendar for program
  • Manage the Coordination Meetings
• Coordinate and liaise with the respective campuses and Academic Affairs Division on Pre-foreign Program (such as, Pre-France, Pre-Russian, Pre-Spanish, Pre-Malaysia, etc)
