UniKL CARE – Nationwide Mega Blood Donation 2.0; DARAH SATRIA IM4U & UniKL

UniKL is a university built on a platform unique and dynamic, making it a blueprint to the nation's academic excellence. In realizing its vision and mission to be one of the best universities in Asia, a lot need to be done to ensure its success.

UniKL CARE is a unique establishment formed to help those in need. Through its various involvement in charity works, UniKL CARE is now a proud label and brand for the university.

For the 2016 Mega blood donation project, UniKL has been chosen by iM4U to carry out a project called Darah Satria 2016. iM4U requires no introduction especially among youths as they are famous for various projects as they focus on nurturing the youth to create impact to the community and aim to equip them with life skills, opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds, gain new experiences and have fun along the way.

The Nationwide Mega Blood Donation 2.0; DARAH SATRIA IM4U & UniKL is a project that strengthen the name of the establishment. As this project will include all the 12 campuses, with the support from the Top Management at Chancellery and at Campus level, blood donation drives can be made more fun and attractive. Not only aiming at accomplishing a national charity endeavor, we also aim to promote the name UniKL throughout the nation through such positive programme.

1. To promote UniKL CARE and especially UniKL to the nation
2. To instill the love to do charity works amongst UniKL Staff and Siswa/i
3. To allow sister campuses to work together to achieve the objectives of UniKL CARE & To strengthen the UniKL CARE brand as a strong component in SDCL
4. To ensure positive involvement of both Staff members and Siswa/i
5. To provide an avenue for UniKL Top Management to get closer to all UniKL Staff & Siswa/i
IM4U Objectives;

In the mission to help and nurture youth volunteerism amongst Malaysian youth, iM4U is creating a platform for Malaysian youth to contribute to the society via Blood Donation Drive that can benefit communities and social groups. iM4U will strive to increase the number of blood collection to be supplied to hospitals in need of blood.
