Master in Manufacturing Management

Master in Manufacturing Management is a program to enhance student’s capability through industry collaboration, problem based learning, collaborative learning and experience sharing sessions.

The program is designed primarily for graduates who would like to pursue their career in management particularly in manufacturing field. Hence, the program aims to provide the advanced knowledge and capability in dealing with complex management challenges in modern manufacturing industries.


Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  • PEO 1
    Manufacturing managers who analyze, and apply science, mathematics and engineering management knowledge to provide technically, environmentally and economically viable solutions to government agencies and private sector in the field of manufacturing engineering technology at national and international level.
  • PEO 2
    Manufacturing managers who manage and communicate effectively in leading and engaging multidisciplinary teams in solving engineering management problems at national and international level.
  • PEO 3
    Manufacturing managers who utilize advanced knowledge and skills to explore and/or embark on technopreneurial opportunities with innovative application of technology activities at national and international level in the field of manufacturing management.
  • PEO 4
    Manufacturing managers who integrate ethical, social and professional responsibilities in the field of manufacturing management.
  • PEO 5
    Manufacturing managers who believe in the importance of lifelong learning.

Entry Requirement
Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, Malaysian Qualifications  Framework, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent qualifications from local or other institution of higher learning as approved by the Senate of UniKL; or
Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) with CGPA below 2.50 or its equivalent can be accepted subject to a minimum of 5 years of working experience in related field.
Languaqe requirement (for international students):
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) band 6.0 (minimum) or its equivalent.


Tuition Fees

Malaysian Students    : RM20,000.00
International Students: RM30,000.00
