Step 1

Interested students have to notify their home university international office to be nominated

Step 3

UIO will process the application and send the Acceptance Letter and Visa Application Guidelines to the students once their application is approved.

Step 5

Once approved, students have to download their Visa Approval Letter (VAL) from EMGS website and apply for the Single Entry Visa (SEV) from the nearest Malaysian Embassy in their country.

Step 2

Nominated students will be contacted after UniKL International Office (UIO) has received nominations from partner university. Students will receive a link to the online application platform together with the Application Guide. Students have to submit their application before the deadline.

Students must apply for the Student Pass/ Visa through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) website Click to visit

Step 6

Students can start their exciting journey to Malaysia.
