MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER BUSINESS DIVISION – MANAGEMENT SERVICES


REQUIREMENTS


  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Related professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant sectors.
  • Experience in business development work is a must.
  • Experience in supervisory and managerial level is a must.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Malay and English).
  • Good teamwork, collaboration skills, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Vast business networking will be an added advantage.

OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Explore, identify and develop business opportunities for the business division.
  • Manage the overall aspects of the operations and planning of the business division.
  • Manage the team members of the business division.
  • Manage the relevant licenses, permits, insurance and other requirements set by local
    authorities for the related business activities of the business division.
  • Manage clients’ expectations and requirements.
  • Manage strategic partners (UniKL’s Campuses and external parties).
  • Manage related vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide reports, data and any other information relevant to the business division.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic plan and initiatives for the Company and
    Business Division.
  • Execute the strategic plan and initiatives set by the Company.
  • Provide recommendations and advices in improving the business operations of the Company
    and business division.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks related to the business division and as instructed by the
    immediate supervisor
  • Perform the given roles and tasks ethically and professionally

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

KPIs shall consist of but not limited to:

  • Total income generated by the business division.
  • Net profit produced by the business division.
  • Level of customer satisfaction.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Remuneration package includes salary, allowances and incentive.
