• Assist Head of Section in various projects and activities such as develop new academic programs, provide suggestions, proposals and recommendations that can improve the operations, management and profitability of the school.
• Monitor and report student progress in term of academic performance and attendance.
• Preparing final exam questions and all assessments and to be involved in development, administration and marking and invigilation
• Provide academic advisory, counselling, pastoral care and mentoring sessions to students.
• Responsible for effective planning, implementation and evaluation of student performance.
• To work in collaboration with Student Development & Campus Lifestyle (SDCL) (Campus or HQ) to achieve target student enrolment.

REQUIREMENTS

• PhD / Master (accounting/any accounting areas) /or any Professional Accounting Qualifications (such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia with recognized by MIA).
• Minimum five (5) years working experience.
• Able to supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Experience in supervising PhD students will be added value.
• Able to do administrative works in regards to accreditation and academic administrative matters.
