INTRA Management System

Industrial Placement Management System (IMS) phase 1 has been developed in-house by MIIT Business Centre. The pilot campus that utilizing this facility was UniKL- MFI in 2016 and subsequently UniKL-MIIT in 2017. This idea was successfully accepted by the Top Management of UniKL and urged all campuses to use the same system in digitalization of the internship operation. As we are moving forward to Industry IR 4.0, university should be able to improvise our system from manual process to a proper system. Hence, in 2018, IMS function has been fully utilized by all campuses.

This system has been designed to monitor UniKL students’ Industrial Placement activities. We have digitalized some of Industrial Placement process especially for students’ application. The major stakeholders of this system namely INTRA Unit (at campus), Company Supervisor and University Supervisor.
