Thank you so much to UniKL MICET, UniKL International Office and KOREATECH for giving me this opportunity. I learnt a lot about Korean language, culture, tradition, as well as their history and society. What makes it precious is that I got to experience it by myself to be in the Korean community. Communicating with them for sure was not easy but that was the reason that forced me to learn their language and at the same time increased my confidence in speaking a foreign language. Other than that, I got to meet new friends from other countries and share great memories together. It was the most precious and memorable thing that I will always remember.

Initially, I had some doubts. How would I manage staying outside of my comfort zone? Leaving my friends, my family? Well, after a few weeks, I found the answers why I chose to do the ISEM programme. I managed to make new friends, learn different culture, try different food and capture the great view of Indonesia. Very much thanks and gratitude to UniKL and Universitas Airlangga for giving me the golden opportunity.

I completed my final semester at Incheon National University, and I feel very honored because this programme has encouraged me to go outside of my comfort zone. I still couldn’t believe that I managed to survive 4 months of living in South Korea at Incheon National University alone. I’m extremely glad that I have taken this advantage at UniKL to go abroad. Once in a lifetime being an international student, such a golden opportunity!
