Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Welding and Quality Inspection) with Honours
Sarjana Muda Teknologi Kejuruteraan (Kimpalan dan Pemeriksaan Kualiti) dengan Kepujian

This Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Hons.) in Welding and Quality Inspection is the first programme of its kind in Malaysia and would probably be the first in this region. The modules/syllabus were developed by Universiti Kuala Lumpur with the cooperation of our industrial partner, SIRIM Berhad. This a four-year programme that is intended to produce future graduates or individuals with professional qualifications accepted by the industries. The programme would also emphasize in imparting up-to-date technical know-how and competencies as a Welding Engineer.

Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  • PEO 1
UniKL graduates who are knowledgeable, competent and innovative in the field of welding and quality inspection engineering technology
  • PEO 2
UniKL graduates who are effective leaders with teamwork skills, as well as verbal and non-verbal interpersonal communication skills to support their role in the welding and quality inspection
    engineering technology.
  • PEO 3
UniKL graduates who are committed towards the importance of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
  • PEO 4
UniKL graduates who are professional, ethical, and socially responsibility.
  • PEO 5
UniKL graduates who are capable of embarking on business and technopreneurial activities.
